Sports Medicine is proud to welcome CLAIRE TOWNS, Registered Dietitian, with a passion for sports and performance nutrition. Claire is a graduate of the Applied Human Nutrition Honours program at the University of Guelph and the Northern Ontario Dietetic Internship Program at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. She has a background as a clinical dietitian in diabetes management working with a wide range of clients. Claire’s enthusiasm for fitness and sport is evident in her love of rowing as both a youth and adult coach and rower having competed at RowOntario Championships and the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. Claire is a graduate of the International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sports Nutrition and incorporates the latest research and scientific principles relevant to a client’s needs.
