Strength & Conditioning Coach

Nicole has been a strong promoter and participant in physical activities all of her life. She has been a competitive skater and dancer, also competing in a variety of team sports throughout school. During completion of her degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, she was employed as a personal trainer, dance instructor, fitness room attendant, student athletic trainer for the WLU figure skating team, as well as the Personal Training Coordinator for the university.

Other experience includes working as a lifeguard and instructing swimming, gymnastics and skating. Most recently, Nicole has been employed as an exercise assistant in the Cardio Rehab program at St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterloo.

Certifications and qualifications include:

  • HBKin with a major concentration in Athletic Performance and Injury Management, Minor Psychology
  • Canfitpro – Personal Trainer Specialist
  • Canfitpro- Fitness Instructor Specialist
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification
  • NLS, LSS Swim & Lifesaving Instructor, Advanced Instructor
  • High Five PHCD Certificate
