His passion for hundred-mile and eight-hour endurance mountain bike racing, both in Canada and the USA, has resulted in multiple podium finishes and his work as a coach has instilled a deep passion for helping others attain their own personal goals, be it competing at a world level or completing their first 5 km run. He brings this passion to treatment along with the understanding that everyone is unique, tailoring treatment to meet their needs.

Jason's approach to treatment integrates many different modalities including deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger-point therapy, ART, cupping, IASTM and Swedish massage. His clinical experience working with athletes, both professional and recreational, have allowed him to recognize the demands athletes face, allowing him to approach treatment in a dynamic way to get patients back to sport quicker. His clinical experience working with patients experiencing chronic and acute pain, those involved in motor vehicle accidents, pre- and post-natal and those in long-term care homes, have allowed him to develop compassion and understanding which he brings to every treatment. His ultimate goal is to work with clients using massage and remedial exercise to help them achieve or maintain their individual health-care goals.
